ADARSH COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING (ACEE) was established during the academic year 2008-2009 at chebrolu and the same was inaugurated by his Excellency Late Sri Y.S.RAJASEKHAR REDDY Garu. It is located in a peaceful and serene atmosphere amidst beautiful mango groves and rich natural vegetation, free from pollution and congenial to attain technical knowledge. It is 25 Kms from Kakinada city on NH – 216 and 100 Kms from Visakhapatnam City (Adjacent to NH5, 3 Kms from Kathipudi Junction). Its close proximity to East Godavari and Visakhapatnam districts is a big boon to all the Engineering aspirants of this region. This place is chosen keeping in mind the development of the rural youth in particular.

Wi-fi campus : Total campus is wi-fi enabled with 10 mbps of internet, dedicated line.Campus We are first among many educational institutes in this region to provide a Wi – Fi campus, where internet can be accessed from any corner of the college. Sports & Games facilities:
The college provides opportunities for students to participate in sports and games so as to make their stay in the college campus useful, purposeful and enjoyable.

Sports Day
A Sports Day is held every year for our student and staff community.
Students compete and display their skills at various athletic events such as 100 mts, 200 mts, 400 mts, 1500 mts, long jump, discus and javelin.
Hostel
Hostels Well maintained separate hostels for boys and girls in Campus.
The college provides lodging facilities for non-residential students within its premises. There are separate hostels for both boys and girls.
.The basic furniture including beds, tables, chairs, cupboards etc. is provided to each student residing in the hostel.
Solar heating panels are available.
The Dining facility includes four meals in a day (Breakfast, Lunch, Tea/Snacks and Dinner).
The students are given the opportunity to decide on the menu of their choice.
Others facilities for hostel students include 24/7 Wi-Fi facility, a TV room, Indoor games etc.
TRAINING & PLACEMENT:
Training and Placement cell is constituted to continuously work on the training needs of the students to facilitate their entry into suitable jobs through maintaining good relationship with the industry. The cell is headed by a full-fledged Training and Placement Officer supported by faculty and student coordinators of the various departments. Special training shall be given to enhance much needed soft skills, inter-personal skills among the students. No coin shall be left unturned in providing the best training facilities and bringing the best possible companies to the campus.
The college is providing training to the students of all years in personality development and soft skills. Well experienced trainers have been recruited specifically for this activity to train the students. Apart from the regular training, special emphasis is given to 3rd and 4th B.Tech students as well as the final MBA students in providing pre-placement training in Presentation skills, Communication skills, Group Discussions, Resume Building and Mock Interviews.
With the First Batch (2008-09) B.Tech students having come to the final year, the college is gearing up to provide the required training for the students to be placed in reputed companies through both on campus and off campus drives.
The placements for the First Batch (2009-11) MBA final students started with a positive note with companies such as Bajaj capital, ITC Wills lifestyle, HDFC Bank, ING Vysya Bank, Angel Broking etc., visiting the campus and all the eligible students having been placed in different streams such as HR, Marketing and Finance in these companies.
Adarsh College of Engineering has been conducting Campus recruitment drive every year. Eminent companies like Infosys, Tech-Mahindra, HCL Technologies, Efftronics, VB Tech Serve, Angel Broking Ltd, HDFC Bank, BAJA Capital, Mahindra Satyam, CSS Corporation, ING Vysya Financial Service Ltd, INDIAMART Intermesh Ltd, Thyrocare Technologies Ltd, HSBC Technology and Services, Karvy, O General, LG, Blue Star, and Hitachi visited the college
ASSOCIATIONS
• Student Associations of the various Departments are constituted and are encouraged to organize various events within their branches at the micro level and overall activities in the college at the macro level
• Women Welfare Committee is constituted to take care of the specific needs of Women and give the best possible facilities to all women in the college.
