The college provides lodging facilities for non-residential students within its premises. There are separate hostels for both boys and girls. .The basic furniture including beds, tables, chairs, cupboards etc. is provided to each student residing in the hostel. Solar heating panels are available. The Dining facility includes four meals in a day (Breakfast, Lunch, Tea/Snacks and Dinner).The students are given the opportunity to decide on the menu of their choice. Others facilities for hostel students include 24/7 Wi-Fi facility, a TV room, Indoor games etc.

Separate hostels for both boys and girls

The College Hostel, located within the college campus, consists of two blocks, one each for boys and girls. It is a residence hostel for full time graduate and postgraduate students admitted to ADARSH COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING (ACEE). All community areas like dining room, common room, recreation room, wash room etc., are provided separately for boys and girls. The Hostel Committee, under the Chairmanship of Principal, frames the rules and regulations of the Hostel from time to time and is the final authority in matters concerning the management of the hostels

Health service: We are associated with the red cross society and we have a basic first aid kit available for the injured students and a van is available for the transportation of the injured member to the near by hospital.

Sports facilities. Basket ball ground, Cricket ground, table tennis and other sports are available .
